Species: Pegasus

Appearance: A light tan colored coat, Viva has the French tricolor (red, white, and blue) on her off-white based mane, while her golden eyes seem to sparkle often.

Cutie Mark: A red, white, and blue ribbon, based off of a French cockade.

Personality: She has a wide variety of moods, and one can usually tell via her mane. If she's happy or in love, it'll perk up, if she's sad or hopeless, it'll droop down, if she's angry or competitive, it'll stiffen, and it'll frizz up if she's embarrassed or flattered. As for personality alone, Viva's quite modest, and is in love with her wings. She always tries to keep them pristine, preening quite often. On the rare occasion that she does fly a long distance, she'll keep the flapping to a minimum, and glide most of the way. She tries to be kind whenever possible, but sometimes she'll just snap and start cussing in Prench. Deep down, Viva is most like Rarity and sometimes finds herself harshly judging Ponyville and its rugged-ness.

Backstory: She moved from Prance to Ponyville at the age of 17, and learned the local language (with a lot of struggle). Her accent is very thick, but most ponies find it nice. Her mother was a very well-known Prench designer, making things that one could only buy in Paris. Her mom, unfortunately, died shortly after the two moved to Ponyville, and is the only reason Viva hasn't moved back to Prance.
