Personality: More than anything, Clover is a strategist that believes in the principle of 'brain over brawn'. What she lacks in physical strength, she more than makes up for with a rather unswerving mindset she's developed thanks to her hobby of poker and other gambling games. But even though she is a brainiac, she rarely lets herself be preoccupied by matters that don't directly concern her. In that sense, she is rather carefree: she lacks curiosity, preferring to watch how situations unravel, and only interferes when she feels the need to.<br /><br />She is very competitive, always willing to settle things by accepting or proposing a challenge. She formulates plans in advance and always has one ready for emergencies. Otherwise, she considers herself to have quite a special amount of luck, too.<br /><br />Cunning and persuasive, she has a way with words and is also able to pick up on lies and force answers out of whomever she requires to. At the same time, however, she might come out as insensitive or aggressive since she usually chooses a blunt, forthright approach, disregarding formalities and other sidetracking concerns. Basically, she likes being the 'bad cop'.<br /><br />She's got a serious demeanor during most of the time, although she is prone to adapt a playful and teasing manner of speech depending on the situation (mainly when she's playing games). More often than not, Clover only agrees in assisting someone else when she also receives something in exchange. But, deep inside, even though she doesn't display it much, she's got a very soft heart. She deeply cares for those close to her and tries everything in her power to protect them from danger.<br /><br />Clover is reasonably courageous. In reality, she is only inexplicably terrified of cats. In contrast to that, she loves dogs. She is also rather short-tempered, and is especially angered when pieces of technology or machinery don't function as they should.

Backstory: Vivid Clover was born in the city of Baltimare, where she spent the entirety of her childhood. She lived the first years of her life peacefully: her father, Moonstone, and her mother, Radiant Dawn, were both renowned doctors that worked extra hard for their daughter's sake. Since they often had to travel to other cities, however, Clover spent a considerable amount of time with Rachel, the family's maid, who taught her how to play a few card games such as Solitaire as a way to pass the time.<br /><br />In kindergarten, Clover found joy in making bets of many kinds with her peers and she very rarely lost them, accumulating vast amounts of bottle caps, stamps and colored pencils as result. As a student, she was always the top of the class in the majority of subjects, and also an exceptionally fast learner.<br /><br />During her teenage years, the mare took part in many local poker tournaments, placing 3rd or higher in the majority of them. Her parents, however, were beginning to worry about her future, since they strongly believed that she would not be able to make a living simply out of gambling.<br /><br />Because of that, Clover decided to study neurology and follow her parent's steps in the branch of medicine. She then moved to Fillydelphia, where she attended a University. There, she learned many interesting things about the inner workings of one's brain and immediately took liking to the course. She eventually found a job as a psychiatrist, while continuing to play poker and general gambling games as a hobby.<br /><br />Nowadays, Clover lives by herself in Fillydelphia. She often travels back to visit her parents, and enjoys partaking in poker tournaments around the globe, as well as visiting different casinos.
