Appearance: Vulcan has red eyes. Before his attempted execution, he had more visible eyebrows, a black slicked back mane ending in a high ponytail, and a fair complexion. After being burned, Vulcan's skin and fur are brown and cracked, sometimes appearing red. He wears wrappings around his entire body to ease the pain and hide his deformity. Over his bandages, he sometimes wears a robe.

Personality: Vulcan Blaze is extremely ruthless, heartless and coldblooded. He strongly believes in the concept of social Darwinism, where the weak exist for the benefit of the strong, and is completely devoid of compassion or mercy.

Backstory: Vulcan Blaze is a serial killer known within the ranks as Zanbato's successor. His former comrades attempted to assassinate him by pouring oil on him and setting him on fire resulting in his sweat glands being completely destroyed. But after his "comrades" in the government attempted and failed to assassinate him, Vulcan spent the next decade slowly amassing power and developing an anti-government militia headed by his own private group of elite warriors. He is Crimson Katana's strongest, fiercest, deadliest, and most malicious enemy.
