Species: Pegasus

Appearance: <p> Appearance: Mane: Front is parted to the right splitting into three loose laying pieces. Mane is rather long flowing down his neck and hangs long enough to reach his shoulder. Tips of bangs are red that slowly turns into a gray just before getting to the top of his head and then it turns black. The rest of his mane starts out black and half way down turns back to gray then back to red at the end. Tail: Long enough to slightly hang over the ground when he walks, its tip splits into three stray pieces. Like his mane the tail starts out pitch black then turns gray in the middle and red for the end half. This colorization gives both his mane and tail the resemblance of wood on fire. When he is angry the tips of both will light on fire and this includes his hooves. Body: He has a large stature and is muscular and toned for a Pegasus due to his training regime his size rivaling that of a large earth pony. Though he is a Pegasus he was born with Alicorn sized wings large enough that he is able to lift himself off the ground even in heavy armor. His fur coat is mostly a dark red but has black stockings and a black tipped muzzle. His wings turn gray at his primary convert feathers and then black at his primaries and secondary's.<br />   </p>

Cutie Mark: <p style="color:#454545;"> Cutie Mark: His cutie mark is a gray shield with twin swords crossing in front of it. His talent is combat making him skilled in most weaponry and if not familiar with a weapon can pick up skill quickly. This also includes none weapon based fighting styles like martial arts or any hoof to hoof combat </p>

Personality: <p> Personality: War is a leader he has been trained since his birth in the art of discipline and it’s something he tries to develop in others, seeing potential in every pony even if they don’t see it in themselves. War is very caring to other ponies even strangers and is always ready to put himself between them and danger. He often thinks or speaks of military unit and relates traits in other ponies to them. He sees them as more of a family this his own. When shown proper respect for him and his people he is a very kind, tolerate and patient pony. He is extremely polite and usually uses formal titles or full names even if asked to do otherwise. He is very passionate about learning and bettering himself, loving to train in new skills whenever possible and continuing to better himself in skills he already possesses. War tends to be very bossy and tough on his subordinates. He is very calm and not quiet to anger and has a bit of a hero complex that causes him to jump in on trouble and try to give aid.He enjoys learning from others of higher skill in something he wants to learn but equally loves to teach others. He can be extremely hard-headed believing his way is the right way and will be stubborn until proven otherwise. Due to his sheltered life he is very naive about the world and because of this can be easily manipulated. He has a tendency to hold more responsibilities then he can handle leaving him under severe stress. He doesn't seem to crave battle while not actively taking part but really seems to enjoy it once involved. (Will add more as he develops) </p>

Backstory: <p> War was born to a wealthy Canterlot family. His mother was a whimsical Pegasus mare that moved from Cloudsdale to marry the love of her life, War's father. He being a war harden earth pony general living in Canterlot for his job.  War's father was a cold distant pony who expected great things from his son, as soon as the young stallion could walk his father began his training to someday take his place in Celestia's secret army. While his mother was more of a free spirit and wished for War to pursue something creative like her own talent. His parents often disagreed about War's future and this lead to more then one argument amongst the family. War's father would often be scent off to the far reaches of equestria and beyond on missions he wasn't allowed to share with his family. This meant he was away from the family for months at a time and even still War would continue to train. A young War fearing his fathers disapproval he began going to a prestigious military school where career military ponies scent their foals to continue the family legacy. His mother being a flighty Pegasus often left her son to his own devices while her husband was away to pursue her own desires. Slightly neglecting her son, he was left on his more often then not even from an early age. He learned to be independent and fend for him. One day War's cutie mark appeared, discovering his talent was combat. His father was proud in the distant way he tended to be, while his mother seemed heart broken. It was as if his parents had been competing for War's future and after she lost she grew a lot more distant from the family and when his father was around they argued more frequently. Until one day War awoke to find she was gone. He wasn't surprised with the strain the distance his fathers work kept him from her and the rift his cutie mark had created. After getting injured, War's father retired not long after his mother left and he fathered War full time in his disciplined soldierly way. It seemed with the little time War's father had spent parenting his son he didn't know how to parent and instead treated War more like a member of his unit. It also seemed that being forced to retire and losing his mate had made his father grow more bitter and he was harder on War then he had been years previous. War lived, breathed and bled military at school and at home, training so much he never had time for relationships of any kind and was really sheltered from most of the world. Other school or military ponies took time to enjoy themselves and had lives outside of the army. Many found War's focus on school intimidating or found his lack of a life/personality outside of it to be dull. He wasn't able to find a keep friends due to his naivety and lack of free time. However, with a talent for combat, a strong work ethic, a disciplined personality and lots of military know how he quickly rose through the ranks and made a name for himself. This eventually lead to exactly what his father wanted and he took over as a top agent of his special ponies task unit known as the Equestrian Special Operations (ESO) Soon he and his brothers in arms were off on missions throughout the world. Fighting in War's in equestria's name in far off countries, dealing with magical creatures and many other jobs the princesses wanted to limit knowledge of to the common ponies of Equestria.  He eventually grew to care deeply for the ponies in his unit thinking of them as more of a family then the broken one he had growing up. And while he enjoys combat, enough to make it his cutie mark, he tends to question whether his career is what he actually wanted or if he is still trying to please an uncaring father. </p>
