Species: Pegasus

Appearance: Just like her sister, Rain Maker, but with a black bangle on her right hind hoof to match her sister's on her left forehoof. She also has bright purple eyes instead of blue.

Cutie Mark: A twister and a cloud.

Personality: Like her sister, but more carefree and a bit less responsible. She has a shorter temper than her sister and more stupidity than bravery, but she can be clever when she feels like it. She loves whipping up storms more than flying fast, and she greatly enjoys the challenge of flying through super-strong winds.

Backstory: See Rain Maker. Wind Maker was a little more bothered by her parents' lack of willingness to cooperate, but didn't show it and instead went off with her sister to build cloud mansions and then destroy them again. It was quite satisfying.
