Appearance: <p> Frost blue with a silver colored mane.  </p> <p> His mane tends to end up wild or unkempt due to consistent roaming through the skys.  </p> <p> His tail is always well groomed and a point of pride that he keeps sleek and styled.  </p>

Cutie Mark: <p> A cloud with a bolt coming out of it that is made of snowflakes.  </p>

Personality: <p> Winter Bolt tends to suffer from wander lust always wondering what his purpose is. His enthusiasm for the winter season is what got him his name and cutie mark. He can put on winter festivities like no one's business and loves to make it snow when the time is right. But he tends to go a little overboard with this much to the annoyance of other Pegasi. </p> <p>  Aside from loving to roam and meet new people, he tends to be a tad insecure because for all his wandering he has no close friends. But he masks this with a talkative and friendly outward appearance.  </p> <p> In short, he is a restless pony that loves to meet and gab it up with others.  </p>

Backstory: <p> Born in Manehatten he was a problem for his parents as a youth the second he found out he can help make it snow. From that day on he would zip around every winter getting in the way and going overboard with anything winter related. Not feeling like he had a place in the big city he started to roam farther and farther away as he grew up. Over time he returned back to see his parents less and less as he tried to find a place to fit in.  </p> <p> Being an affable pony he was well liked by most of those he encountered but his insecurities from his colthood scoldings tinted his vision making him feel out of place even where he was welcome. So he would wander on not seeing those that would miss him in his wake.  </p>
