Appearance: Coat: Light Blue coat, His "chest" (between his front legs and his head) is slightly fluffy, about 1/2 cm longer then the rest of his coat. <br /><br />Mane & Tail: His mane is light blue at the tips and dark blue near the roots, same with his tale. <br /><br />Eyes: Blue (dark blue)<br /><br />Clothing: He has a light blue scarf, that has snowflakes on it.

Cutie Mark: A snowflake caught in the wind; He is able to cause clouds to produce snowflakes in any season or weather.

Personality: Usually extremely shy and quiet but he will open up once you become good friends with him. He is sometimes socially awkward, and will sometimes just stop talking in a conversation.

Backstory: He was born in Canterlot to a unicorn father and mother, His mother passed away when he was 2. For almost all is life he was scared to meet new ponies. He moved to ponyville when he was 5. When he was 15 he went to Ponyville High School along with his friends Times and Shadow.
