Cutie Mark: An Icy snowflake symbolizing his goal to reassure everypony that we are all unique, and that its a good thing.

Personality: Fairly laid back, friendly, and finds joy in lending a helpful hoof. If you ever need someone to talk to, he's the stallion who'll listen, though you may not think he is the pony for the job he can be surprising. A little slow but very smart and loves a good joke. Humble, caring, courageous, modest, often stubborn.

Backstory: Comes from an average background from a low status family in Sydden's Hold. He was always raised to be honest and polite by his parents. Winter Chills has never had a very special somepony. He would be willing to lay down his life for those he loves if it ever came down to it.
