Hey, since this thread is looking for feedback or advice, it would fit better in Creative Resources. I'm going to move it over there. :)

Pretty nice, I wouldn't usually watch stuff like that but I enjoyed it. But I know you wanted critique, so I'm happy to help.
You already mentioned the volume level, but I think that it wasn't too bad, just saying.

Your intro is a tad clunky, and slow. Possibly if you want to revise that, I would suggest;
1. Bring up the speed, it's a tad bit slow when it's transitioning, and when you're trying to make people watch your animation they want to see more of your content than your tag.
2. Make the actual quality of the cutie mark pics be much higher, currently it's a little low res, and for the style of your pics that could go either way. You could go for a comic book-esque kind of style, or a much cooler glowy and detailed style, either of those would work extremely well and would make your intro look much better.
3. Change the font for both Cross Guard and Productions, currently they are a bit too far out, like the Cross Guard is much too Dubsteppy, colourful, and complex. Sometimes Simplicity is better, instead of trying to catch your audience's attention with colour, catch it with simplicity. And for the Productions bit, it seems oddly out of place with your Cross Guard text, and it seems too childish. If you're doing a childish animation, use that font, if not, use a much more mature and simply font.

4. Make the time on the pause shorter, like I've said before, the audience wants to see your content more than your tag.

I actually liked the record presents thing that you did there, it's a nice transition.
But of course, with giving the audience that little cool thing, it doesn't quite fit with the next scene. The Pan out from the Record is quite smooth, and the pace is nice, but it doesn't connect well with the pace of the next scene. There's a small pause before he starts moving his eyes to read the screen, and that cuts of the fluidness of the animation straight away. And there's also a couple of animation errors, like how the eyes aren't exactly facing the screen.

Oh and now youtube has bloody crashed, god damn it. I would give you a more fill out thing, if things weren't crashing left to right of me.
Actually, I'll finish this when I get youtube back, if you want critique then I'll be happy to help you out.

Thank Yew BUNCHES! Those are the areas that i definitely need to improve on and i cant express how much i appreciate all of your feedback :D, thank you i will get to work on the next one with some higher rez images and faster cutting in and scene transition .
