Which of the Mane six would Megan get along with best/dislike?

I'm beginning to write a fanfic and in it I'm planning on Megan disliking and even hating Twilight Sparkle. What do you think?

Honestly I don’t think Megan would inherently dislike any pony without good reason. As for how she would react to each of the mane 6, I think it has far more to do with how you’re portraying Megan then the girl really. If you’re going with the bitter angry Megan then I think she would have issues with all of the girls since all of them would remind her of the ponies she loved. If you going with a more chilled out or happy Megan, I think it really depends on the lore that surrounds her in your fic as well as how the ponies will act from said lore.
