SkyDream 315 June 11, 2014 Share June 11, 2014 (While keeping it perfectly civil and safe for work, etc etc.) A thread inspired by the very nature of customer service. But of course. I'm showing a lady some lightbulbs, and explaining the various differences between them. The lady is asking far, far too many questions about the most extraordinarily basic of light bulbs, and is just generally not getting any of the concepts I'm explaining to her, and is definitely unable to extrapolate anything. She needs to be spoon-fed information, in other words. Then she asks me what the difference is between two identical items that are more than two inches apart for once. The response I definitely wish I could have said is "Ah! I am so glad you asked. There is a slight geographical difference between these two spectacular light bulbs. Luckily it does not impact their performance, so you are free to choose either, should you desire this light bulb for your own purposes." I don't know if she would have believed me.
