Custom Plushie Help

I'm looking at ordering a custom plushie or 2, primarily because I have a little extra money laying around after getting rid of some old textbooks. I was wondering if anyone has gone through this experience, and could lend me a hand.

 

I want to get one of Rainbow Dash (I'm getting a bit fed up waiting for 4DE to drop their Dashie), and I would like to get a second one of my OC.

 

My budget is $100 apiece, and that's the most I can afford to spend. Can someone give me a hand?

At that price you are gunna have to look at smaller plushies of your oc, as most are very expensive ($400+ range). For a Rd plushie however

That is a very nice looking plush, and it is fairly show accurate. And certainly fits your budget.

First of all, how do you even get a custom designed plushie? Is there a website for it, or do you make it yourself?

I was thinking roughly around 12" in height. My thing is, I have the 4DE Twilight and Pinkie plushies, and I absolutely love the quality that's in them. I thought commissioned plushies because I apart from 4DE, I don't really see any others of quality or ones that are as show accurate.

The issue with getting a custom one done is your budget. Most 12" plushies go for around $300+ when custom made. The issue is that due to large demand, but very few suppliers custom artist, show accurate, hand made plush tends to go for alot. The plush I sent a link to is a smidge darker than the actual show RD, but for only $30 you can easily fade it to a lighter blue.
