Im thinking of the plot and so far Ive come up with is this Halo/Pacific Rim crossover. Also, if one, or all, of your OC's would like to be in it then leave details of it below. That depends. Using "said" is in part a matter of taste, but you might fall into the trap of overusing Said Bookisms, which can often be very distracting to a reader. If at any point "said" is used too frequently, then the problem probably rests with "talking heads", or delivering nothing but a constant stream of dialogue apart from description.
