My Name's Rebecca and I've been a brony (pegasister?) for quite some time now! I admit, I'm not quite new here--this is a site I keep leaving and re-discovering. Why? I'm here to request help for the creation of my new FC. I've asked for help before, but to no avail. Alas, such is life.
