This is why you should get a Wacom Bamboo instead of a Huion if you are in the market for a starter tablet. Also, note that in addition to wavy lines (the main problem), the pressure sensitivity cut out while I did the test, which apparently adds jitter as well.. So there's an example of how the Windows drivers are flaky, but the Linux drivers, those are impossible to work with! At least unless you compile, install and configure them just right, which I haven't done quite right yet. Under Linux it works alright for me with a super basic drawing program, but not Krita!

Sure I can draw with this, much better artists than me have been perfectly fine with this sort of thing. Using a program like Krita of SAI with stabilizers helps too, but It's still annoying though.

 

Note how absolutely AMAZING my handwriting is! I'm actually an expert calligrapher you know :derp:
