MLP Card Game Questions.

My daughters birthday is coming up, and she said she wants MLP card game stuff. I have done a bit of research, but still have a few questions. Is there any way to get a complete set of cards? If not, what is the easiest way? If it is prohibitively expensive, then what should I get her for starting out? I need some helpwith this please. Thanks.

Hey there I am a huge fan of the mlp ccg. Your best bet would be to buy a couple of starter sets to see if she likes it. If so feel free to crack on collecting it as for complete sets the only way is to win tournaments although i have seen common/uncoommon rare ect sets sold on ebay. There are a few sets now. Premiere, canterlot nights, crystal games and two mini sets; celestial solistice and the rock n' rave set.

This is a great starter because it contains a deck for each of you.

If you want to collect it seriously like ultra rares and promos it can get quite expensive but you can build simple decks on a budget. I suggest visiting ponyhead.com for inspiration if you guys do get into it. Have fun

 

If you want the trading cards however and not the playable game they are also easily obtained but It's hard to complete your collection since singles are hard to buy. I can point you in the right direction of those too if they are what you're after
