I'm pretty sure you can find tons of free dubstep loops by searching on YouTube. Oh and try looking up creative commons dub step songs (you can record your vocals over them and post them, without contacting the creator, I think the only restriction on them is you can't sell your music if you record over a creative commons instrumental).
