Need pianist for short musical... ditty? (Maybe VA's too)

This is a bit of a copy past post. I had originally put this in the request guild, bun now I'm seeing requests and stuff here so I'll post it here too.

 

Alright, so this is something that I have been wanting to do for a while but only recently comprised an idea that I wanted to go through with. I wrote a little sing songy song about Twilight cutting her own mane. Music composition is something I have a particularly hard time with, so I need help.

 

The music needed is more of a ditty then something that needs to be a masterful composition. Just a piano solo should suffice. Anything extra is a bonus but I want it to stay fairly simple. Musically looking for something similar to the "Home Movies" Compliment Song. It didn't occur to me I was writing these lyrics to that tune till I tried singing it out myself and it fit to that tune (The piano melody specifically). It's not exact but pretty close so it should be a pretty good starting point.

 

I'm currently looking into voice actors as well. I have a few people I am already contacting about this but if your interested or know of someone who might be, feel free to let me know.It would be a singing part, albit a bit of a talk-singy one. It's not necessarily a first come first served position, it's whoever I think sounds best for this particular project.

 

If at this point you're wondering what my part in this is other than concept and lyrics, I plan to animate the whole thing. The idea came from me making the this short concept animation and someone commented on particularly liking Twilights "scissor dance" in the preview image.

My brain being weird as it is went from making an animated scissor dance to, a ditty with lyrics and full animation... yup. So ya, it'll be a frame by frame animation similar in style (But a cleaner, more animated) to a Trixie animation I did recently.

 

The whole animation/song should be something be around 45-55 seconds with the timing I have done so far (Estimating something about 70 bpm). So its just a lil' ditty.
