Getting to know your plushies

So hello everypony, just how well do you know your adorable cuddly friends ?

Most of you who know me also know my little collection of helpers, and for those of you who don't here they are.

But what little quirks have you found out about them ????

To start with I cuddle my plushies allot, and hence every time I look at them the expressions on their cute little faces change

Nothing really new or exciting there,

 

BUT

 

Yesterday I found out a couple of things I didn't know before, namely

Rarity only has one ear

 

And what is even more astounding and may come as a bit of a shock to all you Apple Jack fans out there is the fact that she is bald and wears a toupee

 

So how well do you know yours??? and what little quirks do your loved and hugged plushies have

Here's my plushie. Like a lot of cheap plushes, she only has a cutie mark on one side. Oh and I guess she's kind of balding? XD

 

 

I haven't given her as much love as I should, out of fear of getting her dirty. I'm a bit of a germaphobe.    I'll try to change that. X)

I notice it still has the label on, I take them off as soon as I get my plushies home. For me they are for hugging n' cuddling not collecting

That picture is actually pretty old, got some new ponies that aren't in there.

 

My first custom plush was a snowdrop plush done by friend of mine named PeruserofPieces on dA. The cutie sitting next to her is another custom plush I picked up at BABSCon 2014, she's done by EquestriaPlush. (And then the Chipmunks in that picture are some rare plushies from 1987 I found after a few years of searching for a set if you care about their story too )

 

 

 

 

 

Then at the last BABSCon, I picked up a plush of the BABScon mascot:

 

 

 

 

My most recent big plush purchase was this Fluttershy plush which is also done by PeruserofPieces with her Snowdrop buddy. Picked her up at Bronycon 2015.

 

 

 

 

Then I have a few others I don't have pictures of off hand. Got a 4DE Pinkie Pie and Twilight, and then a 4DE Fluttershy in the mail (So excited <3). Then I have a few small plushies I've picked up or had friends make for me. Got a plush of Boulder (yes, Boulder xD) from my friend PeruserofPieces, a Parasprite from Troblems, and I bought a little cuddly plush of Smooze a week or so ago.

 

So basically plushies are awesome <3

Yesterday undiscorded and myself were out window shopping and found what looks like an old 24inch G1 Princess Celestia plushy. The trouble is that her cutie mark is wrong, this plushy has three stars on it instead of the sun. I'm so tempted to go and buy it today even if it is €60

That was actually a bit of an accidental purchase to be honest x)  It was when I was pretty new to the fandom... was looking around eBay and saw a Luna plush pretty cheap, put in a best offer... then I realized shortly after it was one of those chinese knockoff plushies when I saw her 37 clone sisters also on eBay... offer got accepted so I ended up buying it even though I don't particularly like supporting the chinese knockoff industry

I don't think there was actually a Celestia before G4... Majesty was the character Celestia was based off of from G1, but her cutie mark isn't 3 stars.  I'm trying to figure out what you have there exactly xD

That sort of looks familiar, I think I'm gona have to go back to the shop and have another look at it, and either buy it or take a photo of it.

I also have to find out who made it and if it is genuine (MLP logo on bottom of hoof) or not.

Thankfully most of the shops know I'm a massive Brony so I don't have to come up with any excuses to look at it

 

Sod it, dons jacket scarf and hat, checks that credit card is in the pocket and heads out the door
