So are the age of the humane characters similar to that of the mane 6?

Since the mane six in equestria do have jobs, does that mean they're older or what?

     I know this one. Yeah yeah. While the Equestria Girls films are set in a High School setting. They're most likely around teenage. Except for Rarity who's working her fashion game on the side. Like she probably don't need school she's all set up right? She's be better in a college set movie but I digress. However, it begs a few questions. The ages of the pony versions are likely not teenage but then again check this out... While I can't speak for the other ponies around who are likely adults. Like Big Mac or Cheerilee... The Mane Six, however, are probably around their early 20's maybe older?

    The truth lies in how you look at it... 

 

      First, take a look and notice how they all act? They all have jobs... For the most part a life and they don't go to school (as far as I know) like the fillies and colts do. Which leads me to think that there's no High School or that school house is the only schooling place in town. 

        Now you know how some people can seem more mature in their ages than others??? Based on that logic I just gave, let me explain... It IS possible The Mane Six are probably around 18 still kinda young and immature while others give off a mature attitude. Apple Jack may be the most well adjusted being a hard worker and at times a mother figure as well as big sister. Rarity is much the same way however some times can come off as immature. She runs her own business and collides with Sweetie Belle on occasion sometimes that can always make someone lose composure. They were forced to grow up fast due to being the only "grown up" figuer they have.

    So I said there's some adults who act more like children than adults. Pinkie Pie is jolly, carefree and wild like a kid,  but she has a job at the bakery and also after some consideration, the Cakes let Pinkie Pie uh babysit. Would they not trust her with their kids if she was truly imbalanced or crazy with them nervous moments "Pinkamena"?  

      

       I believe that The Equestria Girls films universe is obviously different roles... or rules here. Aside from that while teens can work or have a job, the legal age permitted is 16... I think. I'm just theorizing here. I'm mostly using a lot of what I saw in Dr. Wolf's video on the matter which explains this better than I could. Basically though, it's most likely the girls are of young adult age like 18-25 however Big Mac is older than Apple Jack obviously, so think somewhere along the older 20s maybe he's probably around early 30's in pony years.

   It doesn't help the fact knowing that the older girl mentality comes from the voice actors being grown women and are certainly not teenagers. Which is probably better because adult voice actors have more range than teens or young adult actors... Speculating here but if my words don't turn heads here then I'd recommend you see his video. Probably makes more sense too? As for The Equestria Girls. It's high school so they're most definitely teenage.. Probably to appeal to the kinds more, eh? What do you think?
