Bones Will be Ending Soon

Popular Fox series "Bones" is scheduled to end on its 12th season next year. Season 11 resumes in April, and season 12 will mark the end of the series, putting it at 247 episodes for the finale. For those who are behind in the series, I will be giving the spoiler warning, but I will try and use the spoiler tags whenever necessary, but I can't promise nothing will be spoiled if you are not caught up.

 

This is really bittersweet news to me, because I am glad they will end the series on a high note and give it a proper ending, but saddened by a series that me and my wife love coming to an end.

 

I will say I already have a pretty good idea how season 12 is going to play out:

 

 

Since at the end of season 10 it was made very clear that Pelant has a successor, and given Pelant's connection to Bones and Booth and all he has done to them, it makes sense for them to try and stop Pelant's legacy once and for all before leaving the Jeffersonian for good.

Never watched this series a lot, though my brother's girlfriend is obsessed with it. It is strange knowing that it will be ending, it has had quite the run.

It was a really great series, though I really disliked how ridiculously repetitious the show has become the last couple of seasons. I really missed the days when Booth and Brennan were catching killers outside the interrogation room.
