Redwood easily pushed Fire off of her and took a look at the various drawings he had done. He was a surprisingly good artist, despite what he was drawing. Redwood wasn't sure why she of all the mares in the Gator Teeth was Fire's object of affection, or maybe it was desire in this case.

Fire awoke and hit his head on the desk and looked at Red did he finally get lucky? no... no he didn't... he looked up at Red hungrily he needed her, he wanted her but how would he go about getting her, the alcohol didn't work, or would it? Fire looked through his liquor cabinet and found a bottle of tequila which he gave to her

Redwood took the bottle from Fire, thanked him, and took a large swig. She then set the drawings she had picked up on his desk and said, "Yer certainly a prolific artist. Anyways, th' caravan movin' out to th' ship leaves in fifteen minutes, so ah'd suggest y'all get ready."

"hello?" Riley said opening the door. "You alright Red? here I found you these in the Med bay where we keep the medical bot" Riley gave Red several large bottles of extremely strong alcohol and moonshine

"What they cookin' up before we got here?" said Redwood as she took the bottles. She also subtly took one of the drawings from Fire's desk, as they actually seemed a bit flattering. Satisfied with both the booze and the drawing, Redwood made her way to the caravan going to the ship.

Riley and Fire followed behind Fire leaning on Riley for most of the walk up, you could see the awkward in her face as he slurred his every word and even rested his hooves on her ass and back which earned him a cold metal slap to the face and an explanation that Gadget would kill him

After finishing loading the alcohol that Sparkle had given her onto the brahmin, she took another glance at the picture. Nopony had ever done something outrageous like that, and she found it a bit fascinating. Did Fire really have feelings for her, or was she just something to be lusted after?

Riley would have let Fire walk himself but he seemed a little too drunk and Riley hadn't been out the vault in a while... some fresh radioactive air might do her some good so she decided to take Fire to the ship herself, she got in her truck and he immediately began comparing the real Riley to photo Riley and suggesting several things all of which got him a cold metal hoof to the face

"I don't exactly trust him to- WILL YOU STOP DOING THAT!?" Riley said looking back at Fire who was still comparing the picture to the real thing, Riley lent out the window which meant she lad to lie across Fire "walk by himself" he began stroking her and her bump Riley tried to get away but was pinned down

At her command, the caravan started on its way back to the ship. Redwood just hoped she wouldn't regret transferring Fire.

"No, th' brahmin's gonna carry him," said Redwood before she picked Fire up and tossed him on top of the brahmin with everything else. "Let's get movin'! We ain't wastin' anymore time." At her command, the caravan started on its way back to the ship. Redwood just hoped she wouldn't regret transferring Fire.

Riley came to the Vault door to see her friend off it was odd that they didn't take a truck but it was understandable, Riley went into her truck's trailer and continued work on the car, parts for it weren't exactly common but they were easy enough to buy

On the very top of the ship was their flag, Redwood's shotgun crossed over Riley's lever action rifle with an alligator's tooth behind it, and the same emblem was emblazoned across Redwood's coat.

 

"Fire, we're here," she said, nudging him awake.

Fire groaned and awoke rubbing his head," what the fuck happened to me?" he said as he looked around at the ship that they had taken a few months earlier, Fire remembered that battle he spent most of his time beating up the same stallion he eventually won though

"Y'all got hammered offa one drink of vodka, so we had to stick y'all on th' brahmin," explained Redwood. "Y'all got transferred to th' ship, remember?" Now that Fire wasn't completely wasted, maybe he would prove to actually be a worthwhile addition. Redwood could only hope that was the case.

"oh really?" Fire said falling off the brahmin and onto the ground, "ow... me fuckin' head"he said falling onto his back his legs narrowly avoiding Redwood as he fell, "what time is it?" he shielded his eyes from the rising sun off to one corner of his eye, the east Riley had said

"It's dawn. Y'all better straighten out and report in to Delta Squad. They're waitin' on their weapons specialist." Redwood wasted no time with getting right to business. There were always a lot of things to do, and she often didn't have much time to waste.

Fire got up off the ground and walked into the ship, like literally into the metal hull of the ship before correcting himself and finding a suitable way in, he made his way up a few flights of stairs surprisingly without dying and went into the room where the rest of the Delta squad was waiting for him

Knifepoint twisted Fire's arm around his back. "Rookie, disrespecting superiors isn't allowed," she said in a singsong voice. The other ponies of Delta squad had various condescending looks on their faces, making it clear that they thought Fire was an idiot.
