Help with SFM ponies

I need a model of the 4chan OC known as Filly Anon for an animation involving heavy amounts of crossoving. _{it's to help promo my new game project} 

 

Filly Anon is a OC made by users of 4chan, she is a genderbent human, turned into a fowl mouthed filly, because magic.

 

anyway, I need help/someone to make a model so i can use it in SFM/GMod. (If you need more ref, Just don't disable the safe tag, remember this cam from 4chan)
