Which is Better and More Disturbing, Rainbow Factory or Rocket to Insanity?

I'm trying to decide which RD Grimdark is better and more disturbing, Rainbow Factory or Rocket to Insanity? Which Grimdark answers both of these questions and why?

I personally thought they were both pretty disturbing. I didn't really take Rainbow Factory to seriously because I watched the Rainbow Das Presents version first. That's probably why I found Rocket to Her Insanity more disturbing.
