Plonkett 345 February 14, 2017 Share February 14, 2017 I'm just curious, which software has been used to make the backgrounds on the show.

Plonkett 345 February 15, 2017 Author Share February 15, 2017 All done with Flash. So say the commentaries on the Season #1 set DVD's. Flash is an animation program. Maybe the background art was draw with Illustrator perhaps?
Tropical Melody 6,456 February 15, 2017 Share February 15, 2017 Yes it's an animation program. but it can do pictures as well, that don't have to move. Well saying that, there is panning and zooming of course, colour changes, that kind of thing, so animated. All I know is, the commentaries say, all is in Flash. I know one guy was saying the great thing about Flash is zooming in, you can zoom in real close and not lose resolution or get pixelation. Presumably because the images are basically vector drawings. Appendix: if you're asking how did the illustration started out as, well that could be anything (including pencil) but at some stage it has to be rendered in Flash to work with everything else. That is my understanding anyway. I remember a comment was made as to how they were, even at that early stage (season #1), pushing the abilities of Flash to its limits. 1 REDWINGS HORSE SANCTUARY www.redwings.org.uk
