Twilight looked at the explosion that she'd seen before "She's pretty talented that'd be because she's practiced with the sonic rainboom often, but you'd imagine something like that hurts. She' basically just crashing into whatever and the force of the crash generates an explosion like effect. Not exactly a true explosion but hurts like one"

"Agreed, though I guess that would make her body more durable after each time, i think i can relate to something like that because it is how most of us get stronger, the process is slow but after years it starts to pay off in the end." Caerson admitted.

Rainbow dash came over to the group after a second "Did'ja see how awesome that was! Yea it's basically because I'm the best! "

Twilight sighed "So you know how Maple tried to take a center alone and came back to get repaired right? Well, rainbow is probably 50% more risk inducing than Maple is."

"Hey, I heard that!" Rainbow Dash said, not even 4 feet from Twilight "I am not that reckless!"

Applejack gave Rainbow dash a very sarcastic look.

"Even if that is the case, it is something we could always work on, but it was a great display nonetheless." Caerson said

He thought for a second.

"You are very fast and are able to smash into such things without much damage to yourself, now that i see your talents, i think it is time for Applejack." He said with a smile.

"Could you perhaps show me what you are good at? I know what Twilight told me but i rather see it with my own eyes." He asked her.

"Whatever she does it won't top what I did!" Rainbow said with a chuckle

"Sure thing!" Applejack said walking to grab her lasso. She lassoed Rainbow and pulled her close bucking her into the air higher than she was flying earlier. "She needs t' learn some respect. Oh! And don't worry about her she'll be fine."

"I like your style, not only are you strong but straight to the point as well, i saw what i needed to see, and i am impressed. Tell you what, how about you and Rainbow Dash join us on our quest? The armies will start moving soon. You 2 could still join the elite team regardless if you wouldn't go with us on this quest, but it looked a good opportunity to me." Caerson asked with a smile.

"Ah' don't think you ever explained what t' 'quest' was." Applejack stated "That's a big factor in if Ah want to go or not."

Rainbow eventually landed back on the ground from earlier "You know you don't have to kick so hard..."

Applejack turned to her. "Well you don't have t' gloat about everything."

"It is pretty hard to explain it all since i am not really the one who hosted it, Shining Armour and Moonshadow where planning going ahead with their armies to destroy remnants of our enemies across Equestria, or atleast that is what i have heard, you should perhaps ask Moonshadow over  there since he knows more about it then me. Me and Twilight are tagging along as well, they will need me there for sure, and at the same time i will be teaching Twilight things on the way. I can say that it might become dangerous, but i can't say for certain." Caerson admitted.

"If Twilights going you can count me in!" Rainbow dash replied "It won't be too dangerous seeing as egghead think's it's safe."

"I do not think it is safe!" Twilight shouted "This is way more dangerous than anything the elements can handle... We don't know what's happened to Fluttershy but... Well, we can only assume the worst has happened since she radioed Equestria a few days ago. Girls... I need you to know this could very well be life-threatening."

"And if we don't handle it..." Applejack started " T' problem could worse and threaten others who can't handle t' situation, Tiwlight. We're going no matter how dangerous."

Moonshadow walked up to hear they both said they wanted to join. "So it's settled then."

"Alright, shall we teleport back to the Castle? I am not sure if they have left yet, but we should probably head back to Canterlot just in case, i would assume they still have to prepare things before the armies would leave." Caerson suggested.

[Maple Bat 3,568]

Moonshadow lightly punched him in the shoulder "Hey it's cool." He said calmly "Shining wouldn't leave without Twilight so no need to rush."

"We should still teleport though" It took Twilight a small amount of effort to teleport the 5 of them to canterlot. "Bro! You ready?!"

Shining looked over from ways away "Almost sister."

"Any idea how big the entire army is? Might be a good idea if i know with how many all of us are combined, in some moments it might prove crucial." Caerson said.

He then started packing some of his stuff, a drone carrying his stuff as he started to arm himself, his signature axe was shining with electricity as he inspected it.

Twilight looked outside at all the creatures that shining was managing counting them quickly "I'd say around 300,000 or so but that's a VERY rough estimate. Can't see well from here but well enough to get a good estimate. That sound like enough?"

Moonshadow shrugged "I'd assume so. If we need more we're in DEEP trouble."

"It is more than enough, but just to be sure, we should not take any risk." Caerson said.

"I am going to head off to where the soldiers are located at, i will you see guys outside." Caerson said as he started walking.

Rainbow Dash laughed "Race ya!" She said as she zoomed by him

Moonshadow sighed after they left "Does he seem off to you..."

Twilight looked at him confused "No... why?"

"Forget it... I must be seeing it wrong... Let's go you 3" He added following Rainbow and Caerson after his question.

Caerson looked a bit surprised when Rainbow Dash zoomed past by him.

He, however, wouldn't even be able to be able to keep up even close as his walking itself has become slower than before.

When he arrived, he walked up to Shining Armour.

"Are they already? We must remain vigilant of enemies on our way, our enemies still tend to linger between area's without us knowing." Caerson said.

Shining armor was making some self-preparations "Yea. We're ready." He said closing the large box in front of him which held his gear. "We're just waiting on your other squad thing... Is everyone on that ready? Or do you need more time with that?" He sheathed a sword that he would be using and looked at Caerson.

[MickeyAdaptus 2,211]

"I already got 3 members, but i will have to get more members along the way i am afraid, but we are ready." Caerson said.

"There is something that i am wondering about, where will we be heading first? I am not sure if that has been told me yet." Caerson asked him.

[Maple Bat 3,568]

"You sure that'll be enough? I mean I'm not question your judgment and all but 3 just seems... small... Why not Moonshadow go with you too that makes 4 of you and Moon can transform as a changeling can so it'll help you out."

Moonshadow was nowhere to be found. Maple (?) Was standing on the stage giving a speech to the army. Caerson notices it was now the robotic body either. He heard "We can do this as long as we don't give up. Hero's aren't born, They're made. NOW LET'S MAKE SOME!" and then the crowd cheering.

"That might a good idea, but there is something you should see..." Caerson said as he pointed to the fake Maple.

"That is Moonshadow disguised since Maple has a robot body now. I am aware he is trying to uphold the armies hope and morale, but he is playing a dangerous game. Now he has to keep up this facade for the rest of time, and that is going to prove difficult because he will have to focus on the battle and this entire thing at the same time. I am telling you, this is going to backfire, for his sake, he should eventually tell the truth before it becomes too late, the other races might not care, but the ponies would have a big loss of morale if they find out."

"I just wish to avoid problems, and this very thing could become our end should it happen during our quest. This is and advice from one soldier to atnother, lies will never hold on forever." Caerson said with a sigh, not approving of what Moonshadow was doing.

[Maple Bat 3,568]

"He 'as a point Shining." Applejack added, "This is only going to get us oh so far... Moonshadow can't do this forever... Excuse me on this but what if he... Dies... or worse... get's infected..."

"Well, we adapt," Shining shrugged, "You say that but we can't do it now. We're about to have to move." He looked at the changeling who was disguised "But no one knows her better than him... that said he should be kept safe with a generally high priority. But not over your own life

"Agreed, and should it be discovered that it was Moonshadow all along, we will have to fight without that morale boost. Because one thing is certain, if our armies won't fight, then who will? Hope not always comes from a hero, but for fact that they fight the very survival of their species, they are aware that if they won't fight, everything that we have strived for would go to waste and Equestria would be no more."

"If need be, i will act as their new inspiring hero, i will fight at the frontlines and show those who lack hope how to create that hope, the seniors of this army won't be lacking hope, but the juniors will in most cases, and when that times comes, they need someone to set an example of Determination and Valor." Caerson said.

"Some of them are aware of the fact." Shining said looking out as Moonshadow hid and changed back to himself "Others, however, need a bit of inspiration... to remind them what they're fighting for which is well everything... but with both the royal sister princesses gone, along with Ember AND one of the elements missing too, things can't get a whole lot worse."

Moonshadow walked over to them and looked at their expressions. "You saw... didn't you"

"Yes, i did, and while i am not very happy with your decision, it has a good intention behind it, but one that might backfire in the end. I just hope you know what the consequences behind your decision will be." Caerson said.

"Anyway, we should get moving now, we can't keep them waiting any longer." Caerson mentioned

Moonshadow nodded and hid as he turned back into Maple before announcing "We will be the march on the enemy! Make them regret ever setting foot on Equestria!" He roared to them. a roar was heard back as Shining started to lead them out. "However long it takes..." He said to himself still disguised.
