"Alright il just stay on the sidelines, tough i recommend not to get to overconfident, they might be mindless but in hordes, they can overrun anyone given enough numbers." Jack said.

"And now.. hold on a second, i can feel something coming, and this is not intentional from me either, we might have an intruder." Jack said.

Woody regained consciousness and looked at Celestia who was standing over by the other 3 worried, when she saw him up she immediately told him "Ok... So there was left over dark energy in you... I managed to remove it but now it's in there and I fear it's-"

Woody ran up to the three and felt for the opening the energy used to slip into the realm he unzipped said opening to make a portal and going through it closing it behind him. He saw the energy heading at Jack but it,

The energy near woody, using the realm, took on the appearance of Woody and had the same voice. The fake Woody ran up to Jack and tapped him on the shoulder "Jack... We've got a problem... The energy... It's taken my form please it's coming here help." Woody was running towards the two as well.

Maple looked at Evelyn and smiled. Evelyn had just frozen a lot of enemies but the used fire to melt the Ice. Maple's claws then touched the water electrifying it and frying several infected. "It's shocking how well we get along sometimes."

"If you want to get along better. I'd recommend you stop that." Evelyn said. "Those are just... Bad."

Jack looked around surprised when we suddenly saw Woody.

"What.. What are you doing here? And what do you mean with taken my form?" Jack asked him.

'You are missing some context here kid, he entered this simulation via the demon realm, but no one is capable of finding this place as this entire place is NOT real, only pure energies from that realm are capable of traversing in such a manner.' The voice said in his head.

'Wait what?' He thought back.

'I am gonna let you figure out this one, I know partly what this means, but it's up to you to figure this out yourself, I trust in you.' The voice said.

The real Woody punched the fake him in the side. "Jack!" Woody said as he flinched. "I'm sorry I know you wanted some space but this thing was coming after you. Once I take care of it I'll leave. Promise." He saw the fake him getting up. "Again really sorry." Woody fired two blasts at the energy that looked like him. Both of them locked into a duel with each other they were basically perfect equals since Woody was fighting something that had become him essentially.

"Nevermind that right now, we need to fix this!" Jack said

Jack decided not to waste any time.

'I am not going to let this get out of hand because others are not noticing..' Jack thought as he started focusing.

He teleported Maple and Evelyn straight to his position.

"Maple, your brother is going to need some help over there, he is fighting his evil self or something, his fake clone just barged in here following by Woody fighting him." Jack explained.

Maple looked at them both of them the exact same fighting style and all "Jack... Which ones the real one?" At this point, Jack would have lost track too the only way he could tell is by sensing energy but even then the fake one was hiding it well. "I can't tell them apart." Both versions of Woody landed a hit on each other they both kept swinging. Maple was waiting for anything so she could tell them apart but they were perfect copies of each other.

'Wait for a wound to appear, they leak the dark energies if you look closely.' the voice in his head said.

"Wait for a wound to appear, they leak dark energies if you look closely." Jack told Maple

"Just wait for the right opportunity." Jack told her.

Both Woodys hit each other a few more times one time they each hit each other in the face knocking them both back. To which the response we for them to shoot each other both of them got hit by the shot.

When Maple saw that she saw one bleeding, and one leaking energy She looked between them as the fake one aimed another shot since it didn't seem to feel pain. Maple moved in front of Woody the second shell the fake fired deflected off her metallic body. "Are you ok brother?"

"To be honest no..." Woody said "Jack hates me because of that thing. But I'm responsible for it all, I should have tried to regain full control over my own emotions and actions... I know I ran away and made these gauntlets but at that point, I don't remember anything in fact. In my eyes I blacked out a few times and when I recovered everyone seemed to hate me more than the last time. Though... From what I gathered that thing was feeding off the way I actually feel about these things. I'm sorry I repressed those things."

Evelyn towered over the fake and slashed in viciously with her claws putting a large mark in it's chest. She then froze it. "You can do the honors Jack."

Jack nodded as he fired a magical blast, destroying the fake clone entirely.

He then walked to Woody.

"I forgive you, Woody, it might be a bit hard for me to say this but I need a bit of time for to let everything slide, considering with all the tragedies and stuff, but rest assured I want to talk with you again." Jack said with a smile to him.

'And now for your other thing.' the voice said.

'Other thing, what are you talking about?' Jack thought back.

'About Evelyn, tell her how you feel about the situation.'

'But do you do know she can hear us right? That thought thing never expires, and she can always hear it.' Jack thought back nervously.

'I don't care, you had better tell her now before you bottle up the feeling and destroy your own feelings in the process. You don't need the advice from a *dead guy* to figure that out." The voice said back.

Jack then turned to her.

'Evelyn, do you really care for me, or just because of duty? I have been wondering this for a pretty long time, and I just cannot shake the thought of leaving you.' Jack thought to her with sadness.

Evelyn looked at Jack with all seriousness 'Wow pretty extreme seeing as we've known each other for only about a day now... Don't you think? I do like you and it goes further than just my respect of duty when it comes to protecting you. I respect the way you try to get things done. As for leaving don't worry about it too much we still have to rescue their mother at least so it'll give us time to bond further.' She thought back to him and smiled

Woody looked around. "Uhh... I know you want to let things slide, but could I train with you all?" He said looking at the large mob of infected over in the distance "I could use it. Given what all has happened."

'Thanks, i really needed to hear it from you, we all meet people that we can see as allies, but there is something special about you, where others are constantly caught in their own problems and are to busy to notice when there is something wrong with me, but you seem to handle situations extremely well, you never let anything stop you from what needs to be done, neither do you let your loyalty ever waver. When i first saw you i had this spark in me, whether it was my instincts or my physic powers that were at play, I just felt that you were different than others, i have only had this feeling with 3 other people before, i feel like i can genuinely trust you with anything, and this is coming from a person who is very distrustful of others. I really mean it.' Jack thought back with a smile.

He then looked at Woody.

"Of course, you don't really have to ask that, just go ahead whenever you feel like it." Jack said with a smile to him.

[Maple Bat 3,568]

Woody looked at Jack and smiled "Thanks." He then turned to the army of infected and reloaded his gauntlets. Maple charged in before him but Woody followed close behind. The two quickly started knocking down the army Jack had made.

Evelyn lowered her left wing, as she offered the saddle to Jack. "You wanna join too? It's only fair to you if you want to jump in as well."

"Sure, at this point it would be bad if i din't join in." Jack said with as smile as he climbed for her wing on the saddle.

"Alright, i am ready, let the hunt begin!" Jack said as he eyed a big group of infected in the distance.

Evelyn smiled "That's the spirit." She said taking off and heading over diving them and slashing a few while the two were low.

Woody was doing ok but he back away quickly as he started to get surrounded. He felt a lot of pain in his chest... probably from the shotgun blast, the fake him hit him with. "Need a second... Don't worry about me."

Maple was worried but trusted he'd be ok she kept going but wasn't noticing that she was being surrounded, slowly, but surely.

Jack was firing weak magical blast at the infected, using this method to get more precise shots.

He, however, noticed Maple and Woody getting slowly surrounded.

'Time to test out my new technique.' he thought.

Jack started gathering magic in both his hands.

And he fired 2 magical attacks and impacted near the enemies of Maple and Woody when the attacks hit the ground, it created an area effect attack as tiny sharp shards of magic where homing towards the infected, seeking them out like predators. Some infected even got penetrated by 10 of those shards as they fell dead on the ground.

Maple dodged the shards that could have hit her "Hey! Be more careful with that!"

Woody, on the other hand, got lucky and none of them went towards him so he didn't have to dodge. "Good job Jack!" Woody then fired another shell but this time he used his magic to turn the shotgun's pellet spray, into a slug round so he could use it at a far distance, He smiled as it smashed into one of the infected "Oh that's nice."

Evelyn watched Woody a bit wanting to learn his style of fighting.

"Sorry about that, this technique is a bit experimental!" Jack called out.

As the battle was going on, Jack suddenly got an idea.

'Evelyn, I have a good idea, I am going to give you a large portion of magic, and then you could potentially fire massive magical blast, similar to the way you use your ice attacks against your enemies, this could be extremely useful against enemy vehicles to, since these attacks tend to detonate.' Jack suggested.

'Here it goes.' Jack said as he shifted a bit forward in the saddle and placed his hands on Evelyn's back, as he started to give her his magic.

Evelyn decided to try it with fire instead of using ice. When shot fire a large purple orb of flame shot quickly to the ground and detonated in a gigantic explosion. Evelyn coughed a bit the attack made her throat burn badly. "Wow..." She said dryly. "That's awesome."

Maple nearly got incinerated by that attack but she managed to get her and Woody out of the way. "Well... We need more opponents now."

"I could try something bigger, tough replicating a death seeker is way to dangerous, not even sure how it would play out regarding its physic powers... i can do something good, but its going to be very hard tough. You remember those very big strain of enemies that had these massive weapons that fired explosive fireballs? I could do 6 of them, but armoured, that should make it alot harder."

"Going to spawn them in now, get ready." Jack said as they suddenly appeared and started firing their weapons at theirs enemies.

A few of the fireballs flew close to Maple, Woody shot them with his gauntlets causing them to explode "Jack, Evelyn I've got an Idea draw fire for a second." A Glyph appeared underneath Woody as he started singing, after a second he dashed moving much faster than he normally would. If he was on normal terrain then he'd be breaking it as he ran. He saw one of the enemies reloading its weapon he ran up to the cannon and placed a shotgun shell right inside the barrel blowing up the ammo Woody, however, went flying. Maple caught him "Keep going!" She said throwing him at the new enemy.

The ammo in one of the enemies blew up, it did damage them, but the gun itself seemed to steam with intense heat, yet it still was able to fire due to its already over usage of heat.

"Damn, those things are like bullet sponges.." Jack muttered to himself.

"Don't overdo that method though, you could end up incinerating yourself while they still survive! Try to variate with different attack methods in-between!" Jack advised them.

He then turned his head to Evelyn.

'We should perform hit and run attacks from the sky, we can't rely on just them doing that trick while we are only drawing their fire, we might as well contribute to killing them.' Jack thought to her.

'With your speed, this should be easy to avoid their projectiles.' he thought with a smile.

[Maple Bat 3,568]

'You sure? I mean if I focus on attacks I could leave myself open I don't want you to get hurt on my account.' Evelyn hesitated it was as if she had faced these before and she didn't remember them well. 'I could try...'

Woody looked at Jack as he was moving "That's not the plan not yet at least. Maple! Ready!" Maple nodded and flew up into the air and grabbed Woody while flying. She flipped in midair Dashed, Full speed and threw Woody straight at the shooter farther left, Woody hit a punch going incredibly fast and thanks to his gauntlet it didn't even hurt his paw when he hit. The Sibling's attack knocked one into another one heavily damaging both of them.

'I am not talking about attacks where you pause your movement. I am talking about the ones where you fly at high speeds while you skim with your claws straight past them, you won't be leaving yourself open if you do that, they might be strong but they are not the fastest when it comes to turning around.' Jack thought back.

'And while they fire strong projectiles, those very projectiles travel way slower than an actual bullet, you could easily dodge them. All we have to do is fly around them in circles with a good speed, when they don't have the time to aim at us, we scoop down and slash straight past their unarmoured parts, and fly straight back in the circle rotation to avoid their projectiles before they have a chance to hit us. I do know quite a bit about air movement even tough I can't fly myself.' Jack thought.

'Well the problem Jack is that's not going to do any sorta damage and what's worse is if they start predicting the plan of attack and hit us. Please let's just do this for a bit.' Evelyn started to sound worried in her thoughts She also seemed to start shacking lightly.

Maple and Woody kept dodging attacks hopeing that Evelyn and Jack would try something on the two they knocked down.

'I notice you are not comfortable with my plan, so i guess we will have to a plan b, you attack them with ranged attacks, while i try attack those other 2 on my own, i have to distract their fire from Maple and Woody, you try to stay calm, i will handle this.' Jack tought to her as he suddenly climbed off the saddle and jumped off from Evelyn straight towards the head from one of the creatures.

He landed a bit rough as he landed straight on his stomach, which he almost bounced off the creature, but managed to hold to the machinery that was attached to the upper back of the creature.

The creature was trying to throw off Jack like a bull as it was slashing and jumping all around in order to get him off, but Jack was holding on like crazy.
