No.  Fluttershy's my favorite because we share similar qualities:  We're both introverts and love animals.  I also tend to enjoy her "feature" episodes a great deal.  Out of the Mane 6, the one closest to my ideal girlfriend is Twilight Sparkle...and she's only third best out of the six, in my book.
