Changeling cheek kisses?

I had a thought. What if this became a new cultural greeting for Changelings. Meaning instead of hoove shakes, Changelings give cheek kisses to those who arrive or they greet. This has nothing to do with attraction, it's just a cultural thing, like that in Eastern Europe and Russia. It seems like something they would do as they need love. It might be playfully awkward, imagine during a diplomatic meeting, Ember and Ambassador Spike are greeted by Pharynx and Thorax. Who give Ember cheek kiss and she's like "Woah! Woah!!" Spike then laughs and tells her, "Its a new cultural thing for Changelings, like a hoove shake or hug." Which he gladly accepts the cheek kisses.

I could see the changelings doing this actually, minus Pharynx but that's obvious. Seems some of the Changelings themselves have a sorta hippie 70's peace loving theme, so, what better way to show your peace to others then a greeting smooch? At least for themselves it could work fine. Other cultures, don't know. If there was Reddit in Equestria, you bet some ponies would be posting about it on there. "This changeling just randomly kissed me, ASSUMING I wanted to be kissed! I don't even know what gender they were, but unlike them, I am NOT going to assume it!" What fun that would be.

Just imagine how much fun it would be. It's a funny cultural thing(basically if it's only a check or forehead kiss, it's not sexual attraction it's just a greeting and to show friendship) With the hippie vibe they have going, it would be adorable to see how others would react. The Mane 6 I think would be fine with it, Spike would be cool with cheek kisses despite not knowing their gender, and Starlight wouldn't mind, she was kissed by Thorax after all, a kiss on the cheek won't matter :)...but yeah others might not be so understanding.
