MLP Cosplay dilemma (custom matched mane/tail sets)

Yeah, this has been driving me bonkers. I've been all over the place. I see folks who sell wigs, and will even sell horns and ears with it, custom color patterns, anything you want, but do NOT sell tails. Those who sell tails? Same thing. No matching wig. Using multiple sellers and trying to get the colors to match is an exercise in futility, since photos are at the mercy of lighting conditions, automatic color correction, etc, and possibly even the quality & sheen of the material.

Anypony know of an artist who can/does make both?
