Pony placement project

I got a bag full of unwanted g4 mane 6, and fakies with my g1 pony from the thrift store the other day. I was considering giving them back to the store, but then I got to thinking of doing something creative instead.  I had a thought about cleaning them up a bit and leaving them in populated locations for others to find and hopefully take home. There are a lot of people I have seen pranking the public or doing good deeds to rando strangers and posting it online . However, my main concern is raising suspicion. Everything is caught on camera these days, and I don't want to come off as a weirdo pedo who leaves out toys in public spaces to lure kiddies to kidnap.
