Changelings outside of Chrysalis

Ok, so all the changelings who transformed were ruled under Chrysalis. Even, then, not all of them were instantly transformed. It begs the question, what other changeling queens or kings are out there that potentially have even bigger changelings kingdoms, and non that have been transformed like the ones under Chrysalis? It would show that not all changelings are as they are now and are still black with holes.

There's also the possibility that Chrysalis was a rogue changeling princess who built her own hive under false information.

Let's remember that, l when Starlight told Chrysalis there was another way to avoid love hunger (accepting a giving out one's love), Chrysalis refused said method as if she had known all along that it was possible to metamorphosize with love. Only her servants were surprised at Starlight's revelation. 

Should other changeling hives exist, there's a chance for them to be a metamorphosized society.

Even then, I don't think ALL changeling hives have to be metamorphosed.
