Reordering MLP: FIM Season 2

Season 2 Pilot Episodes: King Sombra and The Crystal Empire

This would mostly play out as it did in the original show without too many any adjustments, Except that we hopefully have set up more about the history of the Crystal Empire and King Sombra since I introduced Shining Armor & Princess Cadence in the Pilot episodes of Season 1 and I've had The Pilot episode drop hints and build up to it, That way The two-parter can be allowed to shine A lot more brightly than it originally did.

 Season 2 Finale Episodes: Discord's Introduction (The Return Of Harmony Storyline)

Everything plays out the same way In the original Part 1&2 episodes but One Big Chane I would make is that Instead of Twilight giving up to Discord, She manages to fight off Discord's influence with her strong strength of character and then would work on snapping her friends out of Discord's Influence. I'm not exactly sure how, but what I will say about that aspect is that Twilight puts The Mane 5 in A position where they have no choice but to use their original selves to succeed.

I was also thinking that she tests them with something that will automatically cause them to return back to their normal selves. You know, Something that would cause their instincts to kick in. How That would work is During Part 2 of the return of Harmony storyline, Princess Celestia sends a few friendship reports to Twilight the same way in the original story but since she's been struggling to Bring her friends back to their old Selves, This gives her the chance to put The Mane 5 in a position where they have no choice but to use their original selves to succeed.

She shows them the friendship reports and how they mean a lot to Ponyville, and they need to keep their Trust in friendship or else they'll never have the chance to make Equestria safer, and the Princesses and their loved ones are counting on them. Due to Twilight Sparkle's encouragement and The Princesses needing their help, Twilight's friends snap out of Discord's influence. Now that was basically what happened in the original episode, but now Twilight gets them back to normal by more or less forcing them to read the friendship reports, instead of what might be considered questionable mental magic. After Twilight manages to cure her friends of Discord's influence, they manage to Defeat Discord the same way they did in the original Part 2 ending.

In the aftermath, The Mane 5 is very grateful to Twilight for saving them, and the Mane 6 is recognized by a lot of citizens in Ponyville for what they did to save Ponyville.
