Does this tag indicate a rarity?

Bought a Pinkie Pie plush off of eBay recently and it looks and feels official and supposedly came brand new and "direct from 4DE's warehouse". Though some things confuse me- it came in a bag without the normal cardboard tag and the tush tag looks good too but says "batch 01 of 01" though I can't tell if this plushie is special or not since I can't find any other images of the plushie's tush tag on the internet
