This is a ROM hack of Super Mario World for the Super Nintendo. That file is not the game, it's a ROM patch that you have to apply to an American Super Mario World ROM using this tool https://www.smwcentral.net/?p=onlinetools&tool=bps then you can play it on a Super Nintendo emulator that's NOT ZSNES.
