Would the mane six be friends with them?

So if a pony has no friends will one of the mane six or all the mane six become their friend (I know Pinkie will but what about the others?)

I think it'd just depend on the pony's own personality. The mane 6 all have good hearts, so as long as the pony is nice I think they'd get along fine. If the pony had similar interests to a specific member of the mane 6, then I think they would just naturally become closer through that.

What if they're nice but doesn't have same personality or interests?

If that's the case, they might just be more casual friends, but again I think it'd just depend on the other pony's personality. Like if the other pony was more outgoing and hung out with them a lot then it's likely they'd grow closer over time.
