I have but I wouldn't say she is a villan I would say she was misunderstood

well, she had some good in her

but she was very mean

and deceptive

I would. I think her intentions and ideas could be seen as more justified, and I guess "logical" than some of the other MLP villains, but she was still pretty evil. She manipulated and enslaved ponies to achieve her ideal version of society, that alone is pretty evil. And then she almost ended/negatively altered the world to try and get revenge against Twilight, definitely villain stuff imo.
