Today I found out that a horrible boss at work has been fired! HECK YEAH! After I and another employee complained to the union, and months of waiting and fighting, he got the boot today! Power in a union friends! Power in a union.

That’s definitely good to know. My union isn’t without fault, but higher wages (compared to similar non-union jobs)and a lack of “at will” employment (someone in my workplace can only be terminated with probable cause after passing the probationary period) are nice.
