ReactJS is considered as a terrible JavaScript library because it is complicated to set up, has odd syntax, and generally has a steep learning curve. However, there are some people who absolutely love this. The joke in the meme is the two categories of developers: the normal people who hate ReactJS, and the people who absolutely love ReactJS.
