Can you draw "East Asian eyes"

Sometimes it can exist in Inuit or Saami people too. But i tried to do an attempt. The oval eye shape is mostly universal (though obviously not everyone has blue eye colour) but the shape is mostly universal

 

But here is how i did it in Gimp. Interms of realistic depiction of it. Only problem is i never can get it tilted right. So it ends up looking a little odd.

I think so, the one on the left is the asian one, right? sounds convincing to me. I think you nailed it by using the eye protuberance as a key element to differentiate.

And then comes the impossible challenge: drawing a symmetric eye on the other half of the face

Probably not, just basic and simple cartoon eyes.
