How do you make such tight curls on something that tiny? Do you have the world's smallest hair curler?

for the bigger curls i used a marker with a clip on the end. for the tiny ones, like celestia’s tail and lyra’s mane, i used pipe cleaners.

i straighten it, then curl the hair around- not the other way. you can secure the ends by just folding it and not using a clip. 

for them to be super tight i have to put it in hot water- which i do anyways for any makeover, but its more important here
