I'm afraid I do not fully understand your request. Do you want me to draw it based on the Pony Town sprite you've provided? Because your description seems to say otherwise, but it's vague and confusing. Some more elaboration would be appreciated.

Sorry about the confusion. I have updated the picture, so the problem I was addressing is no longer there. You can draw my OC in whatever position you want, but all I ask is that you keep the background green still.

 

If I still do not make sense, don't hesitate to ask more more questions.
