It depends, but for musician I'm going to give a bit of a controversial answer and say Yelling at Cats.

He was a very colorful rapper who thought he had to create beef with other artists and openly disrespected his fans, but his music hit hard.

For Animator, the first that came to mind was D0ubleRainb0wDash Animations on YouTube, but I couldn't remember their name and had them mixed up with Argodaemon.

My favorite brony animator is Minty Root. Genuinely high quality work and I like seeing the process that goes into making them.

I don't actually listen to a lot of brony music so I can't say exactly who's my favorite. Maybe Soldat Pony.

I really like the little short animations Mouseu does, they're really cute 

 

Music wise, I like Vylet Pony, although I'm not sure she qualifies as a brony musician since most of the music she makes isn't directly related to the show. I also really like Algo at All and similar artists, they all post music pretty rarely but when they do it's always a banger.
