Changeling OC Request (Again)

so, some time ago i ended up requesting someone to draw my Changeling OC, but recently, i ended up redesigning by changing some stuff on him, like the clothing, and it would be really happy if someone drew it for me

alternative tail design (and also removed the holes in his legs for better visualization), i'm still super undecided about how to properly redesign him
