Need help with music

Alright, so, I'm trying to make music.

I've got FL Studio 10 demo, but it keeps freezing on me, and I can't save my work, only export it as MP3 or MIDI, so I have to complete the song in one go. I've got Audacity too.

Any free programs (Or easily torrented) that I could use to make music? (I've got windows 7)

And after that, how would I go about actually making the music?

I'm aiming for multiple genres.

I'm been meaning to start making my own music...but I looked at those programs....

And I thought Flash was confusing...

 

I use audacity for simple stuff like amplifying my music before I put it on my phone (to keep every song at the same volume,) but I have no clue how to do anything else. But while I was learning how to use Flash, I looked up some videos on youtube. I'm sure there are tons of tutorials available.

 

That whole no-saving thing sounds like you got a bad copy. Try reinstalling.

I've heard of one called Sibellius. Not sure what it's all about though, or if it'll even work for you...

But yeah, you should try reinstalling first.

You could try www.Soundation.com or www.JamStudio.com, those are MOSTLY loops (They DO have a Wub Feature...)
