I can't post in the minecraft forum

I was able to before, but now I can't.

I looked around to see if I need to have a higher post count before getting access, but I couldn't find anything that implied that. I know there's a 40 post minimum to apply for the whitelist, but I see nothing about not being able to post in that forum at all.

Because you need to make 40 posts in other topics before you can post in that topic.

You are a muffin, you need to rank higher, which you can do by posting more outside the Welcoming Plaza and Cloudsdale, 40+ posts makes you a cupcake, therefore, you can post there.

I think someone manually gave me access, then it was later removed. My avatar is a broken image, and I don't see a way to set it anymore, I'm sure it's the same issue.

I'm not sure if I'll get up to 40 posts.

offering to help promote it (I have a server blog at http://www.hoofbump.com now, and when the equestria world is opened, that would be an event worth using to promote things). But now that I know that I would have to make 40 posts in other topics, that means you only want people that are already part of the community previously, so it wouldn't be a good idea to advertise. I still wish your server well, everyone is just so nice.
