Name: Mist Flicker

 

Race: Pegasus

 

Cutie Mark: Currently N/A

 

Info: Stubborn, absent minded and social awkwardness. (Also, he has a slight apprehension to heights, read below).

 

Additional info: Though Mist Flicker is a pegasus pony he spends most of his days walking on the ground. Though he does take flight usually for one of two reasons: Lengthy trips, in which case he tries his best to stay around tree level and when he needs to do his job (weather pony). He is quite good at forming clouds into images and messages, however, due to his handicap, he does not do it very often.
