Where do all these people get the moving pixel horses?

I was just wandering if there was a site where they were making them or what because I just thought it looked neat.

Most of them are recolours off off bases that have been made so you can quickly edit them to suit your OC. I'm pretty sure you can find some on Deviant ART. ( Ponies =/= Horses btw, unless you really meant horses, and if that is the case I have seen any. )

But making them looks good is not that easy, obviously if you know what you are doing it get's easier.

I made mine but its not moving. Any idea why or no clue? Might be because I used paint.net or does it matter?

Yep, it matters as you have to use a programm that supports animation tools. Paint.NET does not afaik. The dude on DART says to use Photoshop, but GiMP is also a viable alternative for a quick and dirty thing like this.
