Getting notifications for support tickets?

Just a small request, I looked through all the notifications settings and couldn't find anything related to it, but would it be possible to get notifications when a member of the staff replies to your support ticket? I currently don't get them and it would be more convenient to get one :x

 

If not I understand

This is something that I have been thinking recently as well. I will probably look into it after I finish chopping down some of the other items on the tech admin to do list (which is truly massive at this point). :)

Alrighty cheers mate. Keep this at the back of your priorities (which I'm sure are huge O_O) because this is just a minor inconvenience.

Your true concern is fixing the Djenty issue XD
