Opinions? Help?

So, this is Clue, my pony-sona that has been in the works for about.... 4 months now. I attempted to really make her a good, round if you will, character. She is based of the Chesire Cat (I'm inlove with Alice in Wonderland)

 

Any tips or tricks you could give me on drawing Ponies?

 

Did I do a desent job?

 

Is the color desine okay?

You did an great job with the mane, but the body as a whole needs a little work. Drawing ponies is quite easy once you get the hang of it. What I did, is I first drew with references, then moved on to drawing from memory. The latter helped SO much. Once you start doing that, you basically can draw a pony very well. As for the one you have shown, it looks ok. I mean the bottom part of the body is WAY too straight, but this is what practice is for. I wish you luck on your drawing en-devours.
